EXTENTIONS
Hair extension fitting and maintenance.We specialise in three different techniques. Micro ring, wefts and tapes.You will have two appointments first is a consultation to colour match and discuss the best techniques and brand of extentions that suit you, this will make your experience personalised so your getting the best luxurious hair and education to make the best choices.Maintenance and fitting only will require one appointment please phone to book or drop by whenever you’d like!Can't wait to give you your dream lush locks!

Cancelling/ Changing your appointment:
We know life gets in the way and we always try to be flexible.
If you cannot make your appointment please let us know at the earliest available time.
Your able to cancel or change your appointment online though the booking system up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Bookings that need to be changed within 24 hours please contact me directly 0474773161
We do reserve the right to charge 20% of the booking fee for bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours
If you do not show up to your appointment without notifying us we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking fee.

By placing an order/ booking this appointment you agree to and our bound by these terms.
General T&C's:
Eligible & Prepping: Please read the confirmation email after booking as it contains info that may be important to your appointment preparation. You will not be refunded if you attend your appointment and are not eligible based on any contradictions listed for your appointment type. If you come to your appointment and we find out your skin or hair is compromised and no notice given for example headlice, skin condition that doesn't allow service I will offer a treatment plan or alternative service if I can't continue with the service, you may need to pay a cancellation fee (varies depending on length of booking) This is specially relevant for bookings over 1 hour long or that i have customised for booking. The fee will likely be the deposit of 50% of the service that's been booked.
Rescheduling or cancelling:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so via online booking phone or text, This is your responsibility to cancel your appointment online to avoid being charged. We will also cancel via text 0474773161 for your convenience.
Privacy:
We collect your name, phone number and email address for in house use. To send out email or text promo and remind you about the appointments you have booked in.
