What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee this will be a small amount just to cover time and on occasion if I have purchased materials for solely your appointment to cover the cost of this, example extentions, specialist requested colour or brand that I don't use as part of my regular service. If no notice is given or less than required time I have the right to charge full service fee for you missed appointment.I am a small business owner so no shows have a greatly negative effect on my business, I appreciate your understanding.

Cancelling/ Changing your appointment:
We know life gets in the way and we always try to be flexible.
If you cannot make your appointment please let us know at the earliest available time.
Your able to cancel or change your appointment online though the booking system up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Bookings that need to be changed within 24 hours please contact me directly 0474773161
We do reserve the right to charge 20% of the booking fee for bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours
If you do not show up to your appointment without notifying us we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking fee.

By placing an order/ booking this appointment you agree to and our bound by these terms.
General T&C's:
Eligible & Prepping: Please read the confirmation email after booking as it contains info that may be important to your appointment preparation. You will not be refunded if you attend your appointment and are not eligible based on any contradictions listed for your appointment type. If you come to your appointment and we find out your skin is compromised due to not reading the instructions, you may need to pay a cancellation fee (varies depending on length of booking) This is especially relevant for makeup tattoo and skin needling.
Rescheduling or cancelling:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so via the booking confirmation email that was emailed to you. This is your responsibility to cancel your appointment online to avoid being charged. We will also cancel via text 0474773161 for your convenience.
Privacy:
We collect your name, phone number and email address for in house use. To send out email or text promo and remind you about the appointments you have booked in.
